Hi, I'm Richypate. I'm a 30-something year old professional employed in the banking industry. I've always had the desire to become wealthy, and have put a lot of effort into gaining the knowledge that it will take to achieve that goal. I'm an investor, commercial real estate owner, and a financial adviser to several family members. While I may still 'need' to work in order to have a decent lifestyle, I am building my investments toward a time when I won't have to be employed.
