Keith Richards May or May Not Have Snorted His Father
For the record, I decided against a much more X-rated title, because some of my family has been known to visit here and I don't want thumped on the head for my naughtiness. However even posting this sentence is enough to get a dirty look, so I'm not sure why I'm bothering.
In the span of one day, Keith Richard of the Rolling Stones has said that he mixed his father's ashes with cocaine and snorted them, and then promptly denied it. I wonder if it's because some family member thumped him on the head too.
Whether he did snort them or didn't, he's the kind of guy that you can believe it. I mean, hasn't he pretty much tried everything else? And not just drugs, but everything. What other 63 year old guitarist do you know that fell out of a coconut tree recently?
And then again, sure, I believe he was joking. I don't really follow the Stones too much, and the most memorable fact, to me, is that Johnny Depp based his Pirates of the Carribean character on him. So I heard this story and imagined a much more inappropriate Jack Sparrow talking about it, and Orlando Bloom rolling his eyes. lol Best laugh I had all day.
