A complete spoof of SciFi movies, Mars Attacks is a wacky movie with a great cast. I love that the movie never makes fun of the SciFi genre, but highlights the wackiness that we all love about it. When you think about it, that's exactly what works about other great spoofs like Shaun of the Dead and Kung Fu Hustle. I truly hate to call these movies "spoofs" because it makes it sound like they fall in the "Epic Movie" or "Not Another Date Movie" realm, which isn't the case at all.
