Electronic Gadgets and Gear

As you know, I've been running a contest on my site. The winner will receive a 1GB refurbished iPod Shuffle. And that winner is... Ben Spark! He posted about the site and the contest on one of his other blogs. The fact that many of the people interested in the outcome of this contest will recognize his name is no surprise. You see, this man single-handedly drove many people here. He runs his own contests on his site, and when he says "Enter this contest," people listen.

If you want to see some funny entries, combined with GORGEOUS photography, you have to check out his site at BenSpark.com. I think my favorite thing about his site is that you see an image, but when you click the link to read more, you understand that that image is just a small piece of what's going on. It's poetic, really, the way he talks about a spider right after discussing his own busy preparations. Trust me, you'll like the site, and if you ever want to find it again, check my sidebar links because it's a place I'm going to visit again.

Also, I want to offer congratulations to Shastadrose. She won another contest on my site. Shasta was one of the people who signed up for an early contest of mine that went completely awry. :D That's okay. She was handsomely rewarded (okay, it was a moderate award, but it was as much as this broke blogger can afford) for her efforts as a contest guinea pig. ;) :D Thanks very much, Shasta!
